HOSA provides a unique program of leadership development, motivation, and recognition for students enrolled in health science education and biomedical science programs or have interests in pursuing careers in health professions. The purpose of the HOSA organization is to develop leadership and technical HOSA skill competencies. The Missouri HOSA State Leadership Conference is one opportunity that student members can work to accomplish this purpose. Our members will join together each year for this two-day event that includes competition, leadership training, team building, education, and fun! The 2024 Onsite State Leadership Conference will be held on March 25-26, 2024. Please see the below document for opportunities available.
In order to make this event possible with a total of 47 competitive and recognition events onsite, we need approximately 75-100 judges, and we are hoping you’ll want to be one of them! Judges can choose the competitive event that best suits your availability and expertise. Dinner on Monday evening and lunch on Tuesday will be provided to all judges, along with a Hospitality Room available at all times. There will be two formal Orientations held, one on each day. If you check both morning and afternoon competitive event availability, we will place you to judge in multiple competitive events. For specific details, please visit http://www.hosa.org/guidelines and click on the competitive or recognition event you’d like to learn more about.
