HOSA Week is scheduled from November 2-6, 2026. Our State Officer Team encourages you to follow the HOSA Week themes shared by the International Executive Council on Instagram. The Officers will be modeling a day for you.  So check out our Instagram during that week and remember to tag Missouri HOSA in any of your local activities!

Memory Monday: 

• step into the past to kick off our first day of spirit week, Memory Monday! Find a way to share your favorite HOSA Memory from your journey. Whether it's through social media or posters in your school, show us a glimpse of your fantastic journey.

Take the Stage Tuesday: 

• Step up for your community! Show us how your chapter is ready to make a change by sharing past initiative, current ideas, or hosting your own service event!

Wellness Wednesday: 

• Wellness matters for both body and mind. Create a way to spread awareness for the people around you and remind your community that every small act can make a difference!

Thankful Thursday: 

• Celebrate your mentors and advisors that have helped you shine in your HOSA journey! Find your unique way of applauding your dedicated adult leaders and show them how they have stepped into the spotlight with you!

Future Star Friday: 

• You not only shine now but will shine brighter in the future! Showcase ways you and your chapter are working towards your group and personal goals. Whether it is dressing up as your future profession, showing the process of how you work with one another, or your own way of displaying your collaboration, make sure to show your HOSA spirit and how it will impact the future you!
