All applicants must complete the below application and email it to rachel.fisher@dese.mo.gov no later than March 1, 2026.

Eligibility:

• The Missouri HOSA 2026 SLC Scholarship is open to current Missouri HOSA members who are high school seniors or currently enrolled in a postsecondary program and who plan to continue or further their education in a health science program. 

• There is no limit to the number of applicants per school.

Application Process:

• The amount and number of scholarships available will be determined by the amount of 2026 SLC Sponsorships

• All applications, essays, and supportive material must be typed, grammatically correct, and complete for acceptance and review by the Missouri HOSA Application Review Committee.

• The Application Review Committee will make the final decision on the selected scholarship candidates. The scholarship winner(s) will be announced at the annual State Leadership Conference.​​

• The monetary award will be forwarded to the selected school upon documentation from the school that the recipient is currently enrolled in a health science related program of study for the academic year beginning with the fall semester.
